evaluation Research program
The Carsey Institute has developed an evaluation program to serve the applied research and evaluation needs of nonprofit organizations and to train graduate students in evaluation methods. Since its inception in 2004, the evaluation program has carried out research on:
- The manufactured housing program of the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund
- The New Hampshire Healthy Kids program for the Endowment for Health
- The Bonnie CLAC car loan program
- The collaboration model of the Community Campus in Portsmouth
- Several initiatives of the Family Resource Center @ Gorham (JOBPro job training program; Coos Family Support collaboration; Supporting Work initiative)
Our mission is to provide rigorous research and evaluation of programs to address the needs and challenges of low and moderate income families and of initiatives to advance the capacity of such families to build assets and financial stability.
